# Harrison 32Classic — "Signature Edition" · ROUND 2 index

**86 renders · 5 tracks · Nano Banana Pro @2K on the real Green Room photos (Jul 13, 2026).**
Round 2 answers the founder's round-1 notes: **double down on brown leather + brown wood**, open up
a full **upholstery / materials** program, and **fix the channel-strip/hardware variations** that
didn't land in round 1 — this time with a **macro-first** method (crop → product card → composite).
Open `index.html` for the click-through gallery; per-track contact sheets in `_meta/`.

Register: **leather · dark woods · metals · comfort · 70s luxury · Pendleton wool** — "luxury but also choice."

## The podium — top 3

1. **`S-heroes/S-heritage-room-1.png`** — ★ THE FLAGSHIP. The "Walnut & Wool Heritage" build in the full room: figured-walnut end-cheeks + a saddle-leather armrest with a woven **Pendleton wool inset**, candle and lamp low, timber glowing. It fuses **both** round-1 anchors (brown wood + brown leather) with the new wool brief into one coherent object that belongs to the room. This is the brochure cover.
2. **`U-upholstery/U-saddle-stitch-1.png`** — ★ THE BROWN-LEATHER ANCHOR, EXPANDED. The padded wrist rail and front bolster in vegetable-tanned **saddle-tan leather with bold saddle stitching** running the edges. Warm caramel, natural grain — instantly executable (Logan's department). The single idea he liked most, now the whole front of the board.
3. **`H-hardware/H-card-brass-1.png`** — ★ THE FIX, PROVEN. The "Brass & Bone" hardware family as a studio-lit **product card**: matte-black knob caps with fine brass pointer lines, smoke-grey + bone button caps, a leather-topped fader. Legible, catalog-grade — exactly what round-1's wide-frame faceplates could **not** deliver. The macro-first method works.

## Per-track winners

- **U · Upholstery program** (the heart) → `U-saddle-stitch-1` (the anchor), `U-padded-comfort-1` (his "comfort" — noticeably plush), `U-wool-inset-1` (saddle leather framing a Pendleton wool inlay — the leather+wool marriage), `U-tobacco-piping-1` (tailored 70s-lounge with contrast welt piping). `U-oxblood-tufted` reads dark/moody; `U-woven-leather` is an artisanal basket-weave curveball.
- **W · Wood + wool surrounds** → `W-figured-walnut-1` (the wood anchor), `W-wool-cheek-A-1` (**Pendleton interpretation A** — wool wrapping the cheek where the walnut went), `W-wool-flanked-room-B-1` (**Pendleton interpretation B** — the console sitting *between* Pendleton textile moments on both sides), `W-wood-wool-leather-1` (all three materials stacked on one cheek). `W-ebonized-oak` and `W-rosewood-brass` are the restrained/hi-fi alternates.
- **H · Hardware, macro-first** (the fix) → three legible families on crops + product cards: `H-card-brass-1` ("Brass & Bone"), `H-card-walnut-1` ("Warm Walnut"), `H-card-cream-1` ("Vintage Cream"); fader options `H-fader-leather-1` / `H-fader-walnut-1` / `H-fader-bronze-1`; and `H-composite-proof-1` — the winning family applied across a full bank as **one mid-shot proof**. This is the round-1 failure corrected.
- **X · Mixed-material builds** → `X-high-desert-1` (cognac + Southwestern wool + copper), `X-saddle-smoke-34-1` (saddle + walnut + graphite, 3/4), `X-tobacco-70s-1` (tobacco leather + rosewood + wool accent), `X-blackened-luxury-1` (the restrained triple-black + ebonized oak + nickel). `X-smoked-glass-70s` adds the Braun/JBL fascia idea.
- **S · Round-2 heroes** → `S-heritage-room-1` (flagship), `S-dusk-room-1` (dusk), `S-glamour-34-1` (glamour 3/4), `S-pitch-cover-1` (close cover), `S-straight-bridge-1` (straight-on), `S-at-work-1` (session lighting). ≥1 frame per hero build, dusk included.

## What round 2 fixed (and what it confirmed)

- **The hardware fix worked.** Round 1's E-faceplates failed because per-control changes across 32 dense strips in a wide frame gave NB nothing legible to change. Track H rendered the swaps on **tight 1-/3-strip crops and product cards** (the change fills the frame), then composited the winner back into one mid-shot. `H-card-*` and `H-composite-proof-1` are readable in a way nothing in round-1 E was.
- **Both anchors held and combined.** Saddle leather (U) and figured walnut (W) each expanded into full programs, then fused in the X builds and the S-heritage flagship. Brown-on-brown-on-wool is the through-line.
- **"Surrounded by Pendleton wool on both sides" — rendered both readings, labeled.** (A) wool-wrapped end-cheek panels: `W-wool-cheek-A-1/-A2`; (B) the console between Pendleton textile moments in the room: `W-wool-flanked-room-B-1`. Wool reads as a *built material* (upholstered panels, leather-bound insets), not a blanket thrown on the desk.
- **Comfort is a real option now.** `U-padded-comfort-1` gives him the plush, pillowed wrist rail his word "comfort" was asking for.

## Notes / caveats (for the squint test)

- **`X-walnut-wool-heritage-2`** rendered as a two-panel **diptych** (NB stacked a wide room shot over a console detail). It's coherent and usable, but `X-walnut-wool-heritage-1` is the clean single frame — prefer `-1`.
- **Baked-in build nameplates:** on some X builds NB engraved a small edition plate onto the end-cheek ("HIGH DESERT", "BLACKENED LUXURY"). It's a nice signature-edition touch and helps you point at builds, but it's not a spec requirement — ignore or keep as you like. (Round-1's ❌-no-logos rule was about the Melodic "M"; these are edition names, not brand marks.)
- **The small red emblem** on the end-cheek in the W/X frames is the console's **existing** badge, deliberately preserved through the finish swaps — not an added logo.
- **Legend micro-text** on the faceplates can still garble at mid/wide zoom (inherent to NB at this scale). The **material and hardware treatments** — the actual subject of every frame — read cleanly; the tiny function labels are cosmetic noise, not the pitch.
- All 86 are Pro @2K (2.4–3.6 MB PNGs). Deck grepped clean of identifiers (address / owner / entity / collaborators / manufacturer) — 0 hits in prompts.

## Recommendation — the pitch set + Round 3

**The build to lead with:** **"Walnut & Wool Heritage"** — figured-walnut end-cheeks + saddle-leather armrest with a Pendleton wool inset + the "Brass & Bone" hardware family. It is the synthesis of everything the founder confirmed (brown wood + brown leather) plus the new wool brief, and it ties the console to the room's timber-and-Pendleton palette. `S-heritage-room-1` is its portrait.

**Five-frame pitch set** (Harrison / OpAmp Labs / Logan conversations):
`S-heritage-room-1` (cover) · `U-saddle-stitch-1` (leather story) · `H-card-brass-1` (hardware story) · `W-figured-walnut-1` (wood story) · `S-dusk-room-1` (mood).

**Round 3, if he wants it:**
1. **Lock one build + one hardware family**, then run a **single-camera sweep** (SPEC §7) across the founder's favorite leather colors on a fixed 3/4 angle — apples-to-apples.
2. **Materials-board flat-lay** per named build (leather + walnut + wool + metal swatches together on the armrest) — photographs beautifully for partner convos; the `fabrics/` swatches are real refs.
3. **Per-frame 4K re-renders** of the final pitch set (2× cost, SPEC §1) for the deck.
4. Optional \$1 research pass on **upholstery construction vocab** (piping vs. French seam vs. saddle stitch vs. channel-tuft) to sharpen U prompts (SPEC §10).
